Over 20 years' experience
Supporting adults, couples and counsellors
Therapy is not about becoming someone else. It is about making space to reconnect with yourself and what matters most.
My approach is person-centred and integrative.
That means our work begins with you, your pace, your experiences and what matters in your life.
Together, we can notice patterns with compassion, make room for difficult feelings
and support the changes that feel genuinely yours.
Warm, collaborative and without judgement.
How I can support you
Compassionate support for individuals, couples and fellow professionals.
Individual Counselling
A space to slow down and make sense of what is happening, whether you are living with anxiety, grief, trauma, change or a feeling that something is not quite right.
Couples Therapy
When conversations keep circling or closeness has become difficult, therapy can help you hear one another differently and find a more honest way forward together.
Clinical Supervision
Reflective, collaborative supervision for counsellors who want to feel supported, challenged and more confident in the work they do.
Questions you might have before we begin
A few practical answers, whenever you are ready.
How do I know if counselling is right for me?
It is completely understandable not to know at the outset. The free 20-minute telephone consultation gives us a chance to talk briefly about what brings you to counselling, answer your questions and see whether working together feels right for you.
Can we meet online or by telephone?
Yes. I offer online counselling across the UK, telephone sessions, and in-person appointments in Truro and London. We can talk about which format would feel most comfortable and practical for you.
What happens during the initial call?
The free 20-minute telephone consultation is an informal first conversation. You can tell me a little about what has brought you here, ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether I might be the right person to support you. There is no obligation to continue.
Is counselling confidential?
What you share in counselling is treated confidentially. I will explain how confidentiality works, including its limits, before we begin so that you know what to expect.
Reflections on being human
Thoughts and insights on therapy, relationships, change and the quieter parts of being human.
I occasionally share thoughts on therapy, relationships, change and the quieter parts of being human on LinkedIn.
